    This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The spacious and comfortable rooms made our stay mind-blowingly relaxing. The empanadas at the coffee shop/lobby bar were super tasty. Although we couldn't enjoy the pool due to rain, it looked absolutely jaw-dropping. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and being so close to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. The staff, always helpful and obliging, made our experience unforgettable. The gym was top-notch, and the breakfast had a wide variety of mouthwatering options. We can't wait to come back!

    Recommended establishment for a business trip. Very close to the city center, just a few blocks from a gastronomic offer with several places for all tastes, but with high prices from other places in the same city. Very safe area, even in high hours and where you can enjoy walking. Spacious, very comfortable rooms. An adequate gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool, with dimensions according to the possible number of passengers. All its staff, deserves to be distinguished by the dedication and care in the attention of the guests. I will return for these reasons

    Especially on a very personal level, I think that they should remodel part of the facilities (I have noticed that they are making modifications). The room's carpet is in a condition to be removed, including some bathroom appliances that, due to the passage of time, denote normal wear and tear that causes them to be replaced. In addition, the refrigeration did not provide the temperature that one intended, recognizing from now, that those of my liking are very low

    The very attentive staff

    I think his status is not in line with the current state. Old towels. The minibar wasn't working. First they told us they'd send in maintenance and then they told us it wasn't cool enough. But it didn't work. The staff is very attentive! They make the stay good. We had to ask for ice when we got to the room to get something cool. The first day, which was my birthday, we met in the room with a small dessert and a congratulatory note signed by Tatiana Rodriguez. We had dinner at the hotel and they also brought us a dessert with a candle. The waiters and waitresses are very nice too. We also had to ask for a hair dryer when we arrived. There are no more amenities like there used to be. No robes, slippers we should have asked for. We had the same problem at the Sheraton in Mar del Plata, so we stopped going and went to the Costa Galana. I hope these services are improved, maybe we would come back to this hotel, more than anything x its staff.

    Nestled in a lovely area and located within a stone's throw of the main attractions, this hotel is a great choice for travelers. the rooms are designed to satisfy the guests with comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms. Enjoy delicious breakfast, a beautiful view of the city, and great service by the friendly staff. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the spa, or hit the gym with excellent equipment available.

    The food and beverage service may be a bit slow.

    Staff speaks English and was helpful. This hotel is modern and well located uphills above Salta city offering great views. Breakfast was well appointed. Free 30 minutes a day internet access from Sheraton Link was appreciated.

    Room's walls need a refresh or repaint. Both soap holders in bathroom were broken. Carpet in hallways was far from being perfect.

    The location of this hotel was perfect for my visit. I stayed on a hillside in a pretty residential area within walking distance to all the major sites. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities, including the pool and the gym. the staff was very helpful and kind, making my stay more fun. Lastly, the breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced.

    Cannot find any fault. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

    Conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, close to local restaurants and points of interest. the hotel provides a nice view from the pool deck and the staff are friendly and accommodating. the dinner had great plates to recommend.

    The hotel could use a face lift, especially the rooms which were a bit sad. the hallways on the higher floors were not childproof.

    Great location, attentive staff, and well-appointed rooms. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area but within a short walk to the main square and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, with excellent English language skills. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

    The hotel needs some renovations, especially with the pool, hot tub, and gym facilities. The pool was dirty, the hot tub only lukewarm, and the gym was limited.

    Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the outdoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and massage services provided exclusive amenities that satisfied my leisure needs. the room advantages were exceptional, with a view of the city, cozy furniture, and complimentary Nespresso coffee. the staff's service was impeccable and responded appropriately to my needs, even arranging transportation and tours. the central location also allowed for easy exploration of the city.

    The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was not free. Honestly, this did not detract from my experience here, as I was mainly focused on relaxing and unwinding after tiring days of sightseeing.
